Shipping cost varies from country to country, and time to time. When you request a quote, we’ll contact with our carriers for the best shipping quote, and make quotation for you with shipping charges included.
We stock almost all the locksmith tools which we’re also selling in our online store, generally it takes 3-5 days to ship your order, it takes a little bit longer if the items you ordered are run out of stock, we need 2-3 days to replenish our stock.
We will email you the int’l express tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. And then you can track on UPS, FedEx or DHL website.
To give you better service when you contact us about damaged packages, please make sure to document damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery.
All packages are insured, but if damage occurs and it is not documented on delivery, the carrier has the ability to deny the claim.
